Emirates Airline Gets Targeted By An Unhappy Customer Who Previously Put Air Canada Under Fire

Earlier this week a Brit entrepreneur and traveller James Asquith (founder and CEO of Holiday Swap), took to social media to share his experience with Dubai’s national carrier in an open letter addressed to the President of Emirates, Tim Clark.
James Asquith – who holds the official Guinness record for being the youngest person to visit every sovereign country in the world and is no stranger to the skies with his frequent travels and trips – has managed to find faults with one of the ‘Best Airlines Worldwide‘.

The Dubai-based airline that bagged some highly regarded industry accolades for Airline with the Best First Class, Airline with the Best Economy Class, Airline with the Best Frequent Flyer Program and Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East was shot down by Asquith for poor service, lack of response, “false advertising” and inadequate Business Class amenities.

“Dear Emirates Management,

I would like to take this opportunity to write you an open letter regarding my recent four Emirates flights…”

…Especially when happy customers have doted over the Airlines’ world-class meal options provided to all their passengers

FYI, Emirates is famously known for its delish in-flight meals made by top chefs who plan your entrées inspired by your destination and even tweak it according to your dietary preferences.

The British traveller previously called out Air Canada in an open letter back on January 9, 2020, stating that he found the “best seat on the plane though, in the toilet”
